Acceptance
By accessing Viekayy ("the Site") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Using the games
Games on Viekayy are free to play for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, mirror, or redistribute games without the explicit permission of their original developers.
For developers
If you submit a game to Viekayy, you represent that:
- You own or have licensed all content in the game.
- The game does not contain malware, exploits, or code that violates any third party's rights.
- You grant Viekayy a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display the game on the Site.
- You can withdraw your game at any time with 30 days notice to viekayy.1234@gmail.com.
Prohibited conduct
You may not: attempt to break our security, spam our forms, submit illegal content, or use the site to harass others. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate access for violations.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Games are run in a sandboxed iframe — while we scan submissions for obvious issues, we can't guarantee every game is bug-free. Play at your own risk.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
